False fraud phone calls

We have had reports of members being called stating that their credit card had been compromised and asking for his card number and other financial information.  The number on caller id was 850-628-6672.  This is not a valid phone number for Bay Credit Union nor any of our vendors.  (10/3/17)

Our disclosure describes your ability to withdraw funds at Bay Credit Union. It only applies to the availability of funds in transactions accounts. The credit union reserves the right to delay the availability of funds deposited to accounts that are not transaction accounts for periods longer than those disclosed in the Funds Availability Policy. Please pick up a copy of the Funds Availability Policy at any of our branches.

You may also get cash with NO FEE from our friends at Panhandle Educators Federal Credit Union and Innovations Federal Credit Union ATM’s as well as locations nationwide through the Allpoint Network. We need to be notified if you are traveling out of the area and plan to use your Bay Credit Union Visa Credit or Debit cards. For your protection against fraud, and due to insurance regulations, we must receive this notification in writing. You may do this by filling out a Travel Notification Form and bringing it into any one of our branches, go to a branch and fill out the form, or you may log in to your online banking account and send us a secure message through the “Messages” section that states your dates of travel, location of travel, and the last 4 digits of the card or cards you would like opened for travel.

UChoose Rewards

Both Visa Credit and Visa Debit cards earn reward points. (Debit card purchases must be signature based transactions to earn points.)

Money Market Checking Accounts

Pays a higher interest rate than a regular checking account with up to three withdrawals per month. Interest rate may fluctuate monthly based on local and national markets. Interest will be posted monthly based on daily balances. Must open with a $1,000.00 initial deposit.
